Shipping Policy
Jeep peptides ships all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday by our US-based fulfillment partner, with a processing cut-off of 1:00 PM EST. Most orders are ready for carrier pickup within 1–2 business days. Under exceptional circumstances (high order volume, supply chain delays), processing may extend up to 5 business days.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships. You will receive shipment confirmation, estimated delivery, out-for-delivery, and delivery notifications. Tracking numbers may not update immediately after carrier pickup — please allow 24 hours before contacting us about tracking status.
Packaging & Storage
All compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and shipped at ambient temperature. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit. Upon receipt, store at −20°C as indicated on the vial label.
Fulfillment Holidays
Our fulfillment center is closed on the following US federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on or around these dates may experience additional processing delays.
